Women’s Ballet Fitness
We are excited to be able to offer two options for our Women’s ballet fitness classes launching 9th August 2021!
We have two classes available: Mondays 4:30-5:30 and Saturdays 2:00-3:30
These classes are designed for those who may be absolute beginners with ballet and for those who did dance as children and would like to revisit it. All aged 15+ welcome.
There is so much information on how dance is great for everyone at all ages. Here are a few of our favourite benefits for adult dancers;

- Tones and strengthens muscles
- Increases stamina and burns calories
- Improves posture, balance, and coordination
- Great for mindfulness and relaxing
- Improves cognitive function

Retro Gym Club
My twin sisters, Hannah and Bridget, run an 80s inspired aerobics class ; Retro Gym Club; currently every second Thursday 7:15-8:15.
Join a 50 minute workout to classic 80s bangers with routines ranging from cardio to butt/abs/thighs to learning basic dance numbers. All fitness levels welcome!
Dress up is totally encouraged but not compulsory.
Retro Gym Club (RGC) is a chance for you to leave your 21st century troubles at the door and join an inclusive community that celebrates fitness, fun and creativity!
